South Dakota | I don't think the chances of development are great given it's proximity to area towns. Also the 13 acres tract is separated by a fairly substantial tree grove and house sits on the corner of the quarter so three potential building spots to close. on unowned land the way it is. Stopped and talk to the realtor and he told me he will not sell the farmland. No specific reason.
I offered to buy 40 with the house with conventional financing and a CFD for the other 40 and realtor didn't think that would fly either. This would give him the income he wants (interest) and the land I want.
