It isn't even sausage without fresh pealed ground garlic added to it to ward off evil spirits!......(LOL)
Blend beef in to the pork to your desire. Salt, pepper, garlic and other spices to your desire, Myo-pickle to keep it fresh and colorful/ preserved.
