Koch supply has all kinds of butchering supply's they sell legg's seasonings the country and mild Italian is great also have maple breakfast and some others
I also make my own pepper and onion sausage my recipe for 20 lbs 5 table spoons salt 4-5 table spoons ground pepper hand full of brown sugar a little fennel
1 red pepper 1 green pepper 1 med onion chop peppers and onions up and mix all together in your meat then grind I always spread it out on a table after grinding and kneed it together to make sure all seasoned the same
makes great meat for spaghetti or any Italian dishes
