ecmn | i would have confronted her about calling me a name. in a very quiet and calm voice i would have asked how much tip does she think she needs for sitting at the bar and not doing her job, never asking how the food was. i would have let them know that she did not get the tip because the food was crap but her attitude was crap. if she started to yell back i would have done the "why are you yelling at me am i yelling at you"? thing. | |
