no welfare payments on this farm!!!!!!!! | stopped into a sport bar today for a quick lunch. ordered the food and a glass of tea, waitress sat at the bar most of the time instead of refilling my tea glass and then handed me a piece of meat that was supposed to be medium prime rib. after dulling my knife and wearing out my teeth with no refill of tea, i ask for my ticket and pay without complaining. when i signed the credit card recipt and was walking out the wiatress calls me a cheap bastard. wow, i thot about it for a second and walked back to her and told her i was spending her tip at subway across the street to buy a edible sandwich and a tea to wash it down then pointed at my empty glass. am I a cheap bastard? really try to support a waitress that earns the tip, but I didnt feel she earned he tip and I am not uncle sam who just hands out the entitled tip. guess i must be a the cheap bastard. |
