"Lone wolf" terrorism is going to be the main thrust of this stuff in the future. The Ontario attacks on soldiers and parliament, the Fort Hood massacre, the food plant beheading in Oklahoma, the Tsarnaev bombings in Boston all point toward radicalized Islamists adopting attack methods that are harder to detect and stop.
