Don't know if we have a shortage of ammo but I think the question of what kind of gun he had is still open.
I have heard a number of suggestions right up to 2 automatic weapons.
Time will tell.
I do not think any country or people can fully protect themselves from deranged people.
You just have to be able to react quickly when they go off the deep end.
