Hebrew and Aramic were used.
If you have studied it well then you are aware that scholars say several of the books were written by the same person.
Sections of some books were written by different people.
Sections of some books are copies of other books.
And yes there are changes and additions from the original as well as different opinions about the correct translation.
You did not mention that the texts of the new testament were written some time after the time of jesus.
BTW it is amazing to me that someone would say they would take a belief over 'logic and reasoning' amazing way to live.
How would our civilization have advanced this far it everyone rejected logic and reasoning?
