The church I attend will have to do same thing within a few years also. As far as the building is concerned according to the church constitution it is to go back to the heirs of the original owners. This will not be easy to find all of them because the church has been there for well over 100 years. The cemetary will go to the township. This will be a tricky situation because any money left in the cemetary account will then go to the township.
