It sounds good too have everything mfg. in the country you lived but reality is we need too send them dollars to buy our exports Quality wise parts sourced world wide are built too specs companies demand . The bumper sticker the auto unions use makes me laugh the most as I see it on the back of pkps. made in Mexico and shopping at Walmart "Out of a job yet,keep buying foreign" ......The quality-reliability of cars,tractors and everything is much better today than 30 yrs. ago .
Quality now may be better than 30 years ago, but it's not as good as 10 years ago. I think quality peaked around 2000-2003 for most tractors and vehicles. |
