Subject: RE: It won't matter where they are bolted together

London, KY
I don't think their main market would be a third world country, considering every dealer lot I was on were crammed full of them. They're geared more toward small farms/chore tractor. When they where first introduced, they were a really good replacement for the 40-80hp old 55 series tractors that were tougher than shoe leather, AND just as easy to work on. Also to some degree, more comfortable, but this new series just seems not up to par. It's like Deere is trying to sell a Cadillac in VW clothes. If I can see through it, (and I'm an idiot), then so can a whole lot of others. Shareholders or not. People will pay for quality and honest workmanship. That is evident in all the other series above it. Not a green and yellow Belarus tractor. It's that simple. I honestly think this cost saving measure will come back to haunt them. I'll still bleed green, but on something a little older...
