I was going to mention what you said. The people working in the factory in India are glad to have a well paid job and will do a good job because they know if they don't there are literally 1000's of other guys who would be glad to have that job. In North America not always so.
Now with my new Holland tractor that was build in India, the only things I ever had problems with were the things that were bolted on once it came to the U.S. The crate tractor that was assembled in India flawless, Things like the hydraulic pump that was build in the U.S. and bolted on the tractor were assembled badly. Went through 3 pumps in first 75 hours! Stupid things like bolts not tighten up. The one pump things were only hand tight. Was not till I got the torque spec and took the pump and went through it and put it on tractor myself(I hate doing my own warranty work) that it finally lasted. Over 3000 hours in 3 years and still going strong.
