No need for a PP projection. We need to remember we are talking about two different things. PP is only an insurance thing hence NASS has no need to differentiate between PP acres, corn switched to soybeans, or any other reason. For them these are all removed from planted acres. They do make adjustments based on historical acres changed because of spring weather. Extremely slow planting will cause the models to decrease acres in the June report from the March report.
