Pasco WA.
I farm in a diversified area. Lots of crop options. There will be a lot less corn grown here next year. Including me. Planning to have less than half as many acres next year as I did this year. This year was also less than last year. Just too many options that net more. For me its alfalfa and timothy. I am also going to double crop all of my corn next year. Will be the second crop after a cutting of timothy. More risk but lots more potential profit.

The local feeders are either going to have to pay more basis for local corn or take their chances getting corn railed in.
