had a farmer say to me shud I hedge flax at 3.50 cents a bushel before seeding, I said only a farmer would lock in a loss, a car manufacturer would shut down the factory if cars were less than it cost to produce them, we will see a reduction in acres if prices are below cost of production no question!!
