Subject: RE: Lowering Costs In A Down Market

NE Iowa
land around my house is for sale 100acre, thinking it might be for sale a while. larger farm family has been farming it for 15+yrs, they were givin first chance at it, 16k per acre.... not horrible land but not the best land either, some rocks, poor tile, big wet spots. in reality it might be worth 8-10k the last couple years, but now? but the lady died and now her kids want the $$$.
