do you think you will regret that someday, i dont know your land prices but how often does adjoining land come for sale, you claim he has discounted it from the auction price last year. you can build up alot of fertility for $500 per acre and with your crop insurance yields as high as they are I think there is a little voice in the back of your head saying to buy it, and then here is the big annoying voice on the internet telling you to BUY IT while you can. you can thank me in ten years when you look into your kids eyes and know you have something to help them get started.
