no welfare payments on this farm!!!!!!!!
if you read carefully those purchase agreements and financing contracts from the equipment companies, you probably wont be backing out of what was agreed to with them. i bought a combine 7 yrs ago and did the jd credit thing, sat in the salesmens office and read then entire contract, it shocked me when i asked some questions to the seasoned salesmen and he said he didnt know, he had never read it and none of his customers in 30 yrs of business read it. my attourney explained some things to him and he apologised for not knowing, kind of have a great relationship with him now, but boy was that a wake up call to both of us. guess I am saying all them guys who are thinking they can get out of contracts are in for a wake up call, so might need to try to save money elsewhere. the other thing to consider is credit and how much good credit might be worth in a couple or ten years. something that doesnt make sense to do now may end up putting you out of business in the future.
