MOST all houses and what evers have some if not a BUNCH of treated lumber. Here when you get a burning permit they come out to inspect now. NO lumber(cause it MIGHT be treated) and no tires etc. If you burn with those in the pile they fine you hard.

Dont think general regular lumber is any problem ,BUT one stick of treated is.

We have a good landfill for shingles, lumber, building materials,,,,NO garbage furniture or trees cause they dont need a liner that way

Its easier to haul it there than risk the rath of gestopo. If your tearing down a whole hose you have to provide paperwork its asbestoes free,,,and there is a clause on reciept that says if you bring any asbestoes there your liable for the epa cleanup which would get real pricey.
