Texas/New Mexico Stateline | I was looking at getting a farm mortgage and one of the forms they wanted filled out was if I knew of any environmental issues like buried debris or fuel tanks. They wanted to know because they didn't want it to be an issue at a later date that might compromise the value of the land.
Right now in our local states burying trash that is not classified as "hazardous" I think is still kosher, but I don't know for how much longer. |
