| You're cheap, stubborn, hard-headed, etc. I know this because I see it every morning in the mirror. You have the workload and the man right in front of you and you're still digging in! Hire him and then pull your head up a little and find efficiencies or opportunities in your operation. If you are good at what you do you'll find them all over the place.
