If you don't hire him he is gone most likely because he is going to need a full time job. Not many part timers or full time employees out there that are good. Sounds like you got a good one try and keep him. If you think your tired now wait tell he's gone.
I say the worst thing you can do is let him go, you will regret every minute. Your dad may be wanting help soon so work something that way maybe. But it sounds like you should have plenty income to take care of wages. |
