North of London | Like I said I am not an expert but I do know the scientific field is always questioning about the accuracy of their findings and they have accepted it as reliable.
Until someone proves otherwise I will accept what they understand to work OK.
Regarding population you need to remember to consider the high death rates in the past for many reasons that our modern way of living has countered.
Things like Plague and even what are minor infections now.
Here is another thing to consider if you want to do math on reproduction from 4500 years ago with 8 people.
The Egyptian pyramids were built around 4,000 years ago so how did they find the enough people to build them AND more people to find and produce the resources to provision all those workers too?
Science works with facts that can be backed up from evidence.
Critical thinking allows them to find those facts and evidence and get rid of old folk tales. | |
