When I was a kid we never saw a turkey or deer, now they are both thick as flies, it's nothing to see 30-40 turkeys in a bunch in late winter-early spring, see 5-6 does at a time real often, bucks only in the fall mostly just before or after the rut starts, sometimes you can see 3-4 bucks together in the summer when they are still in velvet.
