My argument is that the cows in the corn is a management issue - or lack thereof.  Why should insurance be used to compensate for poor management?

With the fireworks,  Behog's actions had nothing to do to cause his loss.  That is why he should turn it into his insurance company and let his farm liability policy cover his loss.
