Weatherford, OK | Everybody seems to want to make you out as the bad guy. The landlord could have asked for more rent if he thought he was being underpaid. If they are prepared to farm it themselves they are obviously engaged enough in things to know if the rent should have been raised. If it was me I try to keep it. Whole different world here though, virtually all sharecrop is 2/3 1/3 and LL pays 1/3 of fert. and chem.
