Subject: Re: thoughts on share cropping

Scribner, NE
A land value of 8000/ acre translates to 450 cash rent. (Banker and I recently had this discussion.) This is the root of my land question last week. The question is; how bad do you want to farm it? My share rent for years was fertilizer was split and the rent was 60/40. That many acres puts a dent in your cash flow potential to give up.
