Saronville NE | $160 was WAY to cheap for irrigated ground what did you expect them to do? Here the very few shares on irrigated left is mostly 2/3 1/3, land lord gets a 1/3 and you have all expenses. Theres still a few 1/3 that pay there share, but very little.
Why had you not either been slowly increasing the rent or giving them a bonus last few years when things were good? This pry would of have not happened, and will now cost you alot of money because of it.
