Ethridge, TN
You've got a pretty tall leg there. How long is the pipe from when it leaves the distributor till in hits the deadhead on the bin? Where the sections of pipe welded together, or are they togehter with flange rings?

Quality of the joints in that pipe can make a difference, and then if it's long enough, you may have needed retarder boxes in the pipe to slow the grain down. Part of that would be a little determinate on how steep the pipe is. If you have a bin close to the leg, and that pipe is really steep, even if it's not long, it may have needed a retarder box.

Other thing is how hot are you bringing the corn out of the dryer, and at what temp are you drying?? Some corn hybrids can stress crack with to much heat, and even tho it will look good right out of the dryer, it may not take much abuse once it starts being tumbled around. If you really want to see what you have coming out of the dryer, do an iodine test on it, and it will show you cracks you might not be noticing.
