Your problem is continually overlooked in designing grain setups. Continuous flow dryers and running a dry leg at 1/3 to 1/2 capacity does not work in most situations. The reason is that the cushion box is not being used to capacity or at all. So, you in effect don't have a cushion box. The solution, built taller bins and feed them with a conveyor from the dry leg.
