I must be the only person who's not run into problems with Norton AV. My computer builder told me long ago to avoid the suites because they all will bog down a system. My laptop's running AVG, switched from Norton to save the $40 per year, not because of problems. Have four computers at the office running NAV, each of them made the upgrade from SP2 to SP3 without a hitch.
