Reply to everyone why would you buy an older used car for $200/month that will worth 0 when it's paid for when you could lease a reliable new one for your wife and daughter for the same $200/month and have warranty the whole time? That used one could blow up or tranny go out and cost more to fix than it was worth and still have payments on it.
The goal is to buy used and cheap, but have it paid for when you sign. Making payments on used off warranty stuff scares the crap out of me.
My sister has been rolling in a 06 Impala that cost her 3K to buy 2 years ago, very minimal upkeep. If the tranny goes, it will not be fixed. Sell it and move on. I love my 2500 or less dollar pickups, they run pretty cheap. |
