There is a reason Dave Ramsey calls them a (f)lease. I doubt she is making unnecessary trips. How often do you run to town to get that one part you forgot or something else that could wait for another day? Buy the one you have and drive the wheels off of it. Oh, and apologize to your wife. Her being home with the kids is worth far more than any job or car flease.
