Subject: Sleep and dementia

NW Iowa. / SW Arizona
Maybe my lack of sleep is why my wife says thinks my mind is slipping the older I get. I do admit my mind doesn’t seem as sharp as it used to especially my sort term memory. I woke up at 3:30 this morning and the first thing I thought of was this article on the local news last night. So I layed here for 30 minutes wide awake but refused to get in the iPad for awhile. That didn’t work so as you can tell I’m on the dang iPad checking the over night grain prices, looking at the weather forecast and probably the worst of all start reading what’s going on in the AT world.

I definitely fit into the group this clip talks about, age wise and sleep wise. I average probably 5 hours of sleep a night. It’s on a very rare occasion if I get up to 7 hours of sleep a night.

How’s your sleep habits? Oh what happened to those days almost 50 years ago before I was married I could party at night and easily sleep until noon the next day :-).
