Subject: RE: Sleep and dementia

West Central Wisconsin
I'm also in the 6 hour, plus or minus one hour, group and 59 years old. I do take comfort knowing my wife could sleep all day which is good for me when she has to take care of me when I have dementia.

I have been sleeping more lately after my wife bought one of those noise machines. I have slight tinnitus and my doctor suggested I try one to cancel out the ringing. I've always liked the sound of a babbling brook so she found a machine with that sound on it. I really think it is giving me almost another hour or more of sleep. Well worth the $25-30 anyway to find out! Joe
