Unless you don't put out any preplant fertilizer and wait to see if it rains.
You wouldn't even have to go all out on seed or chems.
You could have full insurance with not much extra $'s put out if you go with a lower population (don't go stupid low, just 75-80% of normal) of conventional corn.
