We’ve been in the same site before. You’re not prevented from planting but the crop won’t come up. What we’ve done is probably wait it out and give yourself some time and if it doesn’t rain dust it in. If it rains a bit, and it probably will, plant and let it not come up or wither and die. Get planter ready for low population to keep seed costs at a minimum.
