When you don't have much to start with................you don't have much to lose.

Quite a few wells that were only drilled into the top water back in the 50s and early 60s are completely dry around here. We used to pump a couple of pretty good ones back in my youth. .......1000 gpm+. But it seems like back then people didn't pump much. Maybe one or two times across the field at most. Unless they were sugar beet growers. So those wells only ran a month or so a year. Now we're running like 9 or 10 months per year. Probably not doing ourselves any long term favors.
