Fontanelle, IA | We can’t build new export elevator terminals because environmental impact studies will drag out for 10 years. Then, the Sierra club and some other “club” will find a previously-believed-to-be-extinct stub nosed platypus lizard...and another 10:years of litigation/additional environmental impact studies/and concerned mother protests will transpire.... and that is before any ground is broken.
Mississippi lock updates still pending Army Corps Engineers plans that are held up by impact stuff. Turtles move faster. | |
