I think we can call bs on the pricing of eco. Considering how well it is subsidized the insurance companies are taking advantage of the govt. As far as I'm concerned it is priced as if there is no subsidy.
If I were an insurance agency even with gov subsidy no way that I’d want to cover a guy at 95%. Doesn’t take much to get below it. Kind of like puts and calls right now in the grain markets vs past couple of years. At that level their is a high chance of a claim. Like op said it’s dry where there at don’t think they know that. You want someone else to take your risk for nothing. To high take money and invest it. |
