I'll agree with you. I think guys get sucked in the with total dollar coverage/acre. I think some would pay $100 to guarantee $1000.
You know Jackrabbit, I have talked with many guys from out east and they are amazed at how we run. I think it is honestly a "cowboy approach" to it. We are used to/prepared for the crap we normally get we just bank for it. Not that its right or wrong. But, with that said many guys now own lots of land that has quadrupled in value so that helps too! By the way, if you are a Jack. It sure is a downer for the whole spring to have Myah go down. |
