jericho - 2/22/2021 12:40 And what kind of resources does it take to revamp one. Nearly the same as an new one? Start the clock over? You can make anything look good on paper when no one is held accountable. Ask the USDA about that one.

 

The concrete pad and the infrastructure will be fine. When the turbine, blade, generators etc need replacing, just put new equipment on the existing site.

What do you think it take to decommission and or update coal, oil fired, or nuclear power  stations?
