The concrete pad and the infrastructure will be fine. When the turbine, blade, generators etc need replacing, just put new equipment on the existing site.

What do you think it take to decommission and or update coal, oil fired, or nuclear power  stations?



I don't remember coal plants retiring after 20 years. They also produce a serious amount of reliable electricity.
