Been doing it for years.  We have a 1770 with shark tooth row cleaners that we set so that they don’t touch the ground.  We run Keetons and mojo wires along with Thompson closing wheels.  With that setup we rarely have any issue with stand.  I am convinced that our stand is due to the Keetons, mojo wires and t wheels.
