I forgot to mention that once I took my row cleaners off my planter, I had no problem planting. My planter has pin adjust row cleaners, so I can take them off by just pulling a pin. I tried running with the row cleaners raised all the way, but they were collected stubble and plugged up. I concur with everyone else that planting into stripped stubble is easier than platform cut stubble. Not having a pile of combine chaff to plant through is nice.

What about on the closing wheels? We run a Deere but looking at moving to a case, and problems with stubble getting wrapped up in the wheels?
