Yes I use the same phrase all the time. I get where you're coming from, no offense taken. My uncle is a very fair guy, so he is going to talk to the current tenant to see if its something they are interested in, as in put wheat on it or something. I work for my uncle, so I see him every day. Ill propose the snaplage idea to him and see what happens.
