Could you do 40 acres wheat and 40 acres of corn? You could use the straw, sell-feed the wheat. And that would only give you 1000 ton of silage rather than 2000. Holstein don’t take much silage. We feed 15# until they hit 8-900# and then taper it off to 5# in the ration
