A plan that fails at the most extreme outlier needs to be understood for but not necessarily a cause for rejection of a system. A large slice of the mid-South and lower Ohio River Valley has gotten what looks like a top 10 snowfall, but not sure how prudent it would be for municipalities to be equipped the same as say Buffalo for its removal. | |
