I would think that not really allowing new coal plants to be built would be the problem, but maybe I am stupid...

This is a huge problem. Everyone wants wind mills and solar so the coal fired plants have been retired. They can not stay open all year hoping there is a bad winter. So they close down and now they are needed more than ever.
It’s worse than that. 0bama forced them to close and be demolished. Shortly after they had improvements that made them low emissions facilities.
What did 0bama and Xiden say? The coal workers can “learn to code”.
Let them eat cake indeed |
