What are the demographics there? If like the US, baby boomers are retiring and they don't buy as much as when they were younger. Less pressure on rates

I've always been confused by this constant talk of the baby boomers, millennials and gen x combined outnumber them by almost double. but all anybody talks about are baby boomers retiring.

Baby Boomers actually have measurable assets and net worth, 54% of the total US household wealth.

Those other groups don’t have crap comparatively and as such cannot participate in the economy to the extent the Baby Boomers have and are currently. Gen X has 22% and millenials less than 4% total US household wealth. Remaining ~20% is still held by the Silent generation.
